As a small not-for-profit charity, we do not hold pre-printed stock so our items are printed ‘on-demand’, so please chose your design and sizing carefully as any returned and refunded items will result in a financial loss for us. 

However, if for any reason you’re not happy with the quality of your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below as we’ll be happy to do our best to help wherever possible. We appreciate your support and want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN WINDOW

You can return your purchased items within 30 days of receiving the order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition
• Be in the original packaging

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at info@arcanelandscape.com
We will provide you with instructions on where to return your item/s. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed.

EXCHANGES

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@arcanelandscape.com

LATE REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is initiated.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
